Homemade FlatBreat Naan Recipe / Pizza Dough


Ingredients:
-3 Cups of Flour
-3 tbsp. of melted unsalted butter
-1 tbsp. of yeast
-1/4 cup of warm water to activate the yeast
-1/2 tsp. of sugar to feed the yeast
-1 tsp. of baking powder
-1 tsp. salt or salt to taste
-1 cup of warm water to form the dough
- some oil

This recipe makes about 8 Naans/ flatbreads

This recipe is also great for PIZZA DOUGH! : ) 


Rotini Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Sour Cream Sauce Recipe




Ingredients: 

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 5 Tbsp. Sour Cream ( you can put more or less depending on how creamy you want it.)
- 4 Whole Sun dried tomatoes or 8 halves, cut into small pieces
- 1 - 2 cloves of Garlic depending on your taste. I love garlic so I used 2. (grated)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of water

Banana Puffs covered with Chocolate Recipe - How to make ( Mandazi ) 



Ingredients:
-3 bananas
-1 egg
-4 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
-1/2 cup of milk
-1 tsp. imitation Vanilla extract
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1 and 1/4 cup of lightly packed white all purpose flour
-1 cup milk chocolate
-some powdered sugar
-oil for frying

Balsamic Chicken with Mushrooms Recipe

Soup With Parsley Dumplings


Ingredient:

(Soup)
-3/4 cup of chopped celery
-3/4 cup of chopped carrots
-3/4 cup of chopped onions
-2 tbsp. oil
-8 cups vegetable or chicken broth
-salt and pepper to taste

(Dumplings)
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup water (more or less depending on your flour)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake with Pudding Ganache Sauce





Ingredients for Cake Brownie:
-4 eggs
-100 grams or 2/3 of a cup of semi sweet chocolate
-3/4 of a cup sugar
-4 tbsp. flour
-1 tbsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. imitation vanilla extract
-250 grams or 2 sticks and 2 tbsp. of unsalted butter

Ingredients for the chocolate sauce or ganache:
-1 tbsp. sugar
-1 tsp. imitation vanilla extract
-1/2 a liter or just over 2 cups of heavy cream
-200 grams or 1 and 1/4 of a cup of semi sweet chocolate

I also forgot to mention in the video, that in my opinion, this cake brownie is best eaten warm or at room temperature.

Chicken Francese Francaise Recipe!
(My Version) 




Ingredients: 

-4 cups chicken broth
-4 tbsp. butter
-2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
-2 tbsp. corn starch
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 1/4 cup flour
-1 egg
-1 cup water
-oil for frying ( I used 2 cups)
-3 large chicken breasts. I got about 10 slices after slicing each chicken breast very thinly.
